Question about my tongue? read? - warheads candy pictures

If every time I eat sweets (such as warheads, sour patch kids, fun or DIP) my tongue pain and bleeding. Its embarrassing to eat bad and painful later. What could be the problem?

This is a picture of my tongue, having two heads, bled (not like the cuts, the language, as in all poor) and had a burning sensation, and after the burning of the tongue of hot chocolate. ... then had macaroni and cheese, and it hurts to eat when it was hot.


BTW: the language, usually not those things.
