It depends on the frequency of wear shoes.
If it is only used for racing, then peaks and change your shoes.
You can usually tell by the shoes if they need to be replaced.
Unlike sneakers with a pillow, be able to say if they can be worn, the tops are no mattresses, so if the shoe looks good, it's probably good.

First, do not train in spikes. If it is what he did, then you need to reach new heights and sneakers. Otherwise, it is not necessary to obtain peak again, but if you think they're pretty worn out, so do not be a bad idea. Training shoes should be replaced every season or in some cases more. Peaks Racing may be a little longer because they are only competing in them, but it must be replaced at least once a year.

1. retained, and new floor tiles (running)
2. Peak hold

If you do not get a new track shoes and simply worn with this, you can hurt a lot, I'm running and I had an injury last season, which I kept for a year, only fools (shoes)

Ideally, to use, after 300 miles of, but probably does not exhaust this limit. It would be advisable to replace the tips of his shoes, but not the shoes themselves, because it is cheaper. Good luck!
